Requirements
7+ years of B2B product marketing experience
Experience managing and leading a team
Deep understanding of the financial services industry and retirement plan market
Experience in branding, communications strategy, partnerships, and product development
Constant drive to improve middle-of-the-funnel lead generation
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated start-up mentality with the ability to operate in a collaborative team environment and adapt effectively to changing business priorities/strategies
