Product Manager, Consumer Applications

Leads product roadmap, requirements, and development for consumer web/mobile apps powered by AI, collaborating with ML, backend, frontend, and design teams. Requires 2+ years PM experience, technical depth in data/analytics/engineering, and hands-on consumer app building.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap, functional requirements, and development timeline for one or more consumer products.
  • Develop a clear product roadmap and oversee execution from inception to completion.
  • Work with the executive team to determine top priorities, define new features, and improve consumer applications.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to identify opportunities for feature enhancements and drive user engagement.
  • Define and measure KPIs to track success of consumer applications.
  • Help engineering and product teams estimate and decompose complex projects into manageable parts with delivery plans, and track progress.
  • Clearly communicate product benefits to users and internal stakeholders.
  • Measure engineering velocity and establish best practices to improve speed and security.
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Hands-on experience building consumer applications (both web and mobile).
  • Technical experience with data, analytics, design, or engineering.
  • Technical depth to understand tradeoffs and ask engineers insightful questions about architecture and product decisions.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading a team and implementing team goals and deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and hands-on.
  • Obsess about continuous product improvement.
