About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the CRM team through coaching, mentoring, and people management.
  • Own the CRM application portfolio, including strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence for Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Global Services, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Modernize CRM capabilities, improve business processes and adoption, and leverage automation, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives while balancing changing priorities, competing demands, governance, and execution speed.
  • Establish performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, manage vendors, and maintain security, risk, and data governance compliance.
  • Develop and manage the CRM product roadmap based on business value, user feedback, technical strategy, and organizational priorities.
  • Lead user adoption, training, and change-management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise CRM platforms.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience within an IT organization.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, administration, governance, and best practices.
  • Experience supporting HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and Salesforce integrations with ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, customer support, identity management, and data platforms.
  • Experience leading CRM implementations, enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives involving integrated enterprise systems.
  • Experience driving digital transformation, process modernization, automation, and AI-enabled CRM capabilities.
  • Strong business partnership, stakeholder influence, and technology-solution translation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions and business functions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Advanced Administrator.
  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms, APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Salesforce release management, and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms, AI copilots, or predictive analytics.
  • Experience leading CRM platform migrations or consolidations.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay range: $150,000–$165,000 annually.
  • Eligible full-time, non-Sales US employees may receive annual discretionary bonuses based on prior-year company performance.
