Responsibilities
- Design and roll out scalable systems to allocate labor, track overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and schedule orders and labor through system logic.
- Implement strategies and tools to ensure orders are scheduled, resourced, and delivered on time.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to define system requirements, make architecture decisions, and launch enhancements.
- Lead dashboards and real-time visibility connecting labor, equipment utilization, and scheduling performance to business outcomes.
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks, design solutions, and lead pilots and rollouts.
- Coordinate across Strategy Operations, Product, Data, and Manufacturing to align system architecture with operational requirements and future scale.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles.
- Strong program and project management skills, including cross-functional system rollouts.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable systems such as ERP/MES, scheduling, and resource-allocation systems.
- Data-driven problem-solving and strong communication skills.
- Ability to translate operational needs into system requirements and influence cross-functional partners.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a closely related field.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SQL, Looker, or similar tools.
- Experience with marketplace business models.
- Management consulting, investment banking, or startup experience.
- Strong quantitative presentation and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to the United States monthly and work hands-on to solve operational problems.
