Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact projects for leading AI labs and technology companies.
- Own projects end to end, from customer conversations through successful delivery.
- Translate complex customer needs into clear plans and support effective execution.
- Lead and develop Strategic Project Associates.
- Coordinate large groups of domain experts across software engineering, medicine, law, science, and business.
- Build trusted customer relationships and serve as a primary point of contact.
- Use data and structured problem-solving to identify challenges and improve performance.
- Ensure projects meet standards for quality, speed, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to improve workflows.
- Identify opportunities to expand successful projects and create additional customer value.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional experience.
- Experience owning and delivering complex projects in fast-moving or demanding environments.
- Experience managing people, leading teams, or coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and structured-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence working with customers and communicating progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Comfort using data, learning new systems, and understanding AI-enabled workflows.
- Intellectual curiosity, initiative, adaptability, low ego, and openness to feedback.
- Ambition and willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
- Technical or coding experience is not required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in startups, consulting, strategy and operations, product, engineering, data, technology, entrepreneurship, Chief of Staff roles, customer-facing positions, or people management.
- Enthusiasm for using AI tools while critically evaluating their output.
