Own the full onboarding journey for court reporters from acceptance through first job completion
Manage high-volume pipelines across credentialing, system setup, paperwork, platform orientation, and first-job readiness
Proactively monitor pipelines, identify stall points, and re-engage reporters to prevent drop-off
Surface patterns in reporter drop-off and bring improvement insights to the team
Collaborate with recruiting for seamless handoffs and with Provider Operations team for successful reporter activation
Work in Zendesk, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
Requirements
3+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or account management
Track record of managing high-volume pipelines and keeping every person progressing
Senior Associate supporting plan sponsors and advisors with retirement plan administration, client inquiries, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality customer service. Requires strong problem-solving, organization, and proficiency with office tools.
