Product Manager
Owns core product experiences in AI-embedded ERP for finance teams, defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and balancing AI automation with control. Requires 4+ years in enterprise SaaS product management, strong product sense, and experience in complex workflow-driven systems.
About the job
What You'll Do
- Define, prioritize, and execute features that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Partner closely with engineers and designers to deliver accurate, intuitive solutions.
- Gather feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and the market to inform product development.
- Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and constraints through interviews, data, and direct usage.
- Create product documentation, release notes, and training materials.
- Support QA and user acceptance testing for finance-related features.
- Own the product roadmap for your domain (e.g., accounting, reporting, workflows, integrations).
- Identify where AI meaningfully improves outcomes vs. where determinism and control matter more.
- Measure adoption, retention, and real customer value—not just feature delivery.
- Help shape positioning and messaging for new capabilities.
Who We're Looking For
- 4+ years of Product Management experience (enterprise SaaS strongly preferred).
- Experience working on complex, data-heavy, or workflow-driven products.
- Strong product sense: you can decompose messy problems into clear solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication—especially in ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior engineers and designers.
- You’re opinionated but open to being wrong.
- You’re energized by complexity and balancing short term wins with long-term product thinking.
Strong Plus:
- Experience with ERP, accounting, finance, or operational systems.
- Startup or early-stage company experience.
