Responsibilities
- Drive measurable outcomes for enterprise clients, such as improving 90-day collections rates.
- Translate operational needs into product requirements for engineering teams.
- Own relationships with external stakeholders, including Directors of RCM.
- Develop and implement scalable processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Develop workflows and escalation pathways for internal billing and operations teams.
- Serve as a trusted technical partner for external client counterparts.
- Define enterprise customer success metrics and own the resulting outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and GTM/account management teams to support enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of operational experience, ideally within a high-growth company.
- Experience owning cross-functional projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Deep subject-matter expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Ability to translate product and operational requirements for engineering teams.
- Strong strategic problem-solving and execution skills.
- Exceptional organizational control across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proactive, accountable collaboration and comfort working in a high-autonomy environment.
