Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data, uncover trends, and provide insights for strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that communicate operational performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer critical business questions and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead complex operational projects from conception through completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder accountability.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
- Translate analytical findings into structured process-improvement projects with clear outcomes.
- Manage operational process improvements and implement new workflows.
- Support operations leadership by driving multiple initiatives and presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide both analytical guidance and hands-on operational project execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience combining analytical rigor with hands-on operational ownership.
- Advanced SQL, data manipulation, and data visualization skills.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and business intelligence tools such as Omni.
- Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and complex timelines.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and operate comfortably in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Management consulting experience and experience with a two-sided marketplace or legal technology are especially valued.
