Senior Technical Program Manager - Partnerships and Integrations
Leads complex branded and data integration programs across engineering, product, and business teams, from strategy and technical migration through go-live. The role requires 8+ years of technical program experience, strong integration and sequencing judgment, and the ability to coordinate distributed European and US teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the implementation and execution strategy for branded and data integration programs, turning ambiguous priorities into coherent plans and making sequencing decisions across Rover.
- Drive programs through delivery and acceptance, including technical migration, product alignment, operational readiness, go-live, and final cutover.
- Align engineering, product, and business teams around cohesive priorities and shared paths forward.
- Lead technical integrations alongside engineering, including API dependencies, data integrity, identity and authentication, and cutover planning.
- Build and maintain program charters, project plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and executive-facing status communications.
- Define and report KPIs that show program health, surface risk early, and communicate progress.
- Own go-live readiness and escalate risks with clarity and context.
- Connect Barcelona and Seattle teams and contribute to Rover’s integration playbook.
Requirements
- 8+ years driving complex, cross-functional technical programs, ideally in marketplace, consumer technology, or SaaS companies.
- End-to-end ownership of high-complexity, ambiguous programs, from scoping and implementation strategy through delivery and retrospectives.
- Experience leading system integrations and technical migrations involving API dependencies, data integrity, identity and authentication, and cutover planning.
- Technical depth to assess risk, sequence work, read dependency chains, and challenge architectural decisions as an engineering peer.
- Judgment to recommend action, drive alignment, and identify appropriate decision-makers.
- Experience defining and delivering market-specific features with product and engineering, including platform-versus-brand decisions.
- Strong program management, planning, status communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to measuring program success and informing decisions.
- Experience using AI tools to automate repetitive work, build custom workflows, or create frameworks that improve team efficiency.
- Must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate; the hybrid schedule requires working from the Barcelona office two days per week, Mondays and Thursdays.

- Post-acquisition or post-merger integration experience.
- Familiarity with marketplace or multi-brand platform architectures.
- Experience improving TPM processes, cadence, and practices.
- Experience working across European and US teams in globally distributed organizations.

- First-year salary range in the greater Barcelona area: €68,994–€83,630.
