Responsibilities
- Envision, champion, and support the development of novel machine learning systems, product integrations, and performance optimizations to solve real-world problems.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering counterparts to design and build efficient AI solutions for customer support products.
- Learn and share the latest AI and machine learning technologies with teams across China and the United States.
- Build and leverage advanced AI technologies to transform customer service through personalized, easy-to-use, and proactive experiences.
- Shape initiatives from inception to production, turning concepts into impactful products.
Requirements
- PhD or master’s degree, preferably in computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of machine learning engineering experience, including ownership of large-scale software systems.
- Background designing and developing AI and machine learning systems and services.
- Passion for building efficient and scalable machine-learning-powered products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design organizations.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLM-driven chatbot and agentic AI products.
