Advises B2B SaaS customers on adoption, product usage, and measurable business outcomes, partnering with account teams through expansion and renewal. The role requires stakeholder relationship-building, technical translation, customer-success experience, and hands-on familiarity with AI or agentic tools.

Responsibilities
- Help own value plans for assigned accounts, connecting customers’ business problems with measurable outcomes.
- Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and align Mixpanel capabilities with customer priorities.
- Support discovery of customer goals and pain points, translating findings into adoption-plan updates.
- Partner with Account Executives on expansion and renewal counterparts on renewal execution, using adoption evidence to support both.
- Lead enablement and best-practices sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling.
- Monitor usage and health signals and support business reviews that deepen adoption and identify risk early.
- Identify underused features and contracted capabilities and turn them into customer recommendations.
- Triage product questions and issues, resolving them when possible and routing others to the appropriate team.
- Develop a point of view on customers’ AI maturity and use Mixpanel’s AI capabilities to help them build on product data.
- Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering on escalations and share customer insights with the Customer Value Architects team.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts, or equivalent experience.
- Experience building relationships across business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical concepts, including data models and product metrics, for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience connecting product usage to customer outcomes and ROI.
- Experience supporting adoption plans tied to broader customer goals.
- Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling beyond casual use, such as MCP-based workflows or LLM copilots.
- Collaborative approach to cross-functional account and internal-partner work.
- Sound judgment in prioritizing accounts and actions.
