About the role
What you'll do
Design and build intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript that make complex financial workflows simple and delightful
Own features end-to-end from concept to deployment, working across the full stack (React frontend, FastAPI backend) to ship quickly and iteratively
Collaborate closely with designers, product, and customers to deeply understand user needs and translate them into elegant, functional experiences
Build and refine core product features including dashboards, analytics visualizations, workflow tools, and AI-powered copilot interfaces
Drive improvements to our design system, component library, and frontend architecture to enable the team to move faster
Work with backend engineers to design clean APIs and data models that support great user experiences
Actively contribute to building the team's product vision, technical roadmap, and engineering culture
We'd love to hear from you if…
3+ years of experience in fullstack or frontend engineering, with a strong focus on building modern web applications
Experience working with healthcare data or building tools for operational workflows is a plus
Proficiency in:
React and TypeScript, with deep understanding of modern frontend patterns and best practices
Building polished, accessible, and responsive user interfaces with an eye for design
FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks for backend development
Working with APIs, databases, and understanding how to design systems that enable great UX
Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines such as Github Actions

Base pay range: $150,000–$275,000 per year
