Responsibilities
- Own product analytics end-to-end, defining meaningful metrics and connecting signals across products.
- Analyze customer behavior across engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes to inform the product roadmap.
- Use AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Claude, and agents to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
- Translate transcripts, surveys, and customer feedback into product insights with customer experience, research, and product partners.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence business direction.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional experience in product or customer analytics.
- Proven ability to use quantitative analysis to drive product or business changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with product analytics and customer measurement.
- Advanced SQL skills and the ability to independently analyze complex datasets.
- Strong AI fluency, including daily use of Cursor, Claude, or similar tools to build and automate.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear insights.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to investigate underlying causes, not just outcomes.
- Ownership mentality and bias toward action.
