Growth & Monetization Analyst

Own growth and product analytics for activation, retention, expansion, and monetization, using experiments, SQL, AI automation, and product analytics tools. The role partners cross-functionally to turn insights into pricing improvements, product changes, and shipped growth initiatives.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own growth and product analytics end to end, including instrumentation, metric definitions, and models for activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Analyze pricing, packaging, and expansion performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and revenue per account.
  • Design and analyze experiments, including pricing and packaging tests, and translate results into follow-up tests, product changes, or campaigns.
  • Use AI tools and automation to build scripts, agents, and repeatable self-serve workflows that replace manual analysis and ad hoc reporting.
  • Build the measurement foundation for a product-led growth motion, including event tracking, cohorting, and automated systems.
  • Partner with growth, product, pricing, and engineering teams to identify user and monetization issues and drive insights through to shipped fixes.
  • Build lightweight internal tools and automation when faster than using an engineering queue.
  • Assess test and launch designs for analytical validity and uphold rigorous measurement standards.
  • Establish data quality standards and documentation for consistent, trusted metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth analytics, product analytics, pricing/monetization analytics, or a similar analytical and operational role, ideally in a growth or product organization.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and BI/reporting tools.
  • Exposure to pricing or monetization analysis, such as elasticity, packaging tradeoffs, or cohort economics.
  • Fluency using AI tools for scripting, automation, and lightweight tooling.
  • Experience designing and interpreting experiments and identifying flawed test setups.
  • Track record of turning analysis into shipped changes.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Comfort operating with significant ownership in an evolving function.

Compensation & Benefits
