Wispr FlowWispr Flow

Head of Growth

Own B2C growth for Wispr Flow, driving new habitual DAUs and paid conversion through performance marketing, channel expansion, web/app optimization, SEO/SEM, and international allocation. Lead the growth team while scaling aggressively with first-principles reasoning on payback, LTV, and incrementality in a weekly cadence.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own the B2C growth number: new habitual daily active users and their conversion to paid.
  • Run the paid portfolio: channel-by-channel kill, hold, or scale decisions every week against payback and incrementality, with fiscal ownership of the budget.
  • Expand the channel map beyond current 4-5 key channels (SEM, ASO, paid social, Meta, Google, Apple, LinkedIn).
  • Build search position: SEO, SEM, and AEO as new products launch into contested categories.
  • Own web conversion: landing pages, experimentation, ICP-specific pages, localization.
  • Own the app stores: iOS, Android, and Windows listings, metadata, custom product pages, featuring moments.
  • Own the affiliate program: scale from a few thousand lightly tended affiliates.
  • Build and lead the growth team: channel owners, analysts, content creators, and partners.
  • Direct growth engines: media mix modeling, geo incrementality, payback model, agentic reporting stack built on Claude.
  • Allocate internationally: geo-level budget, localization priorities, market playbooks (over half of users outside the US).

Requirements

  • Operated in an environment where ambition was measured weekly (or dragged a slower company to that clock speed with proof).
  • Stress about under-goal growth even when headline metrics look good; proactively flag issues.
  • Reason about scaling from first principles rather than porting playbooks.
  • Fluent in payback, LTV, and incrementality mechanics; know when data is not yet trustworthy.
  • AI-native operator who can build and improve a “marketing-OS”.
  • Make kill decisions without sentiment; prefer not doing something over doing it at 70% efficiency.
  • Have hired well, grown people into bigger roles, moved fast on underperformers; know what great looks like at every layer of a growth org.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience scaling performance marketing aggressively with forensic ROI understanding.
  • Background in AI products or frontier tech.
  • International growth allocation experience.
