Create high-impact content: Produce web pages, one-pagers, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership that move buyers forward.
Accelerate lifecycle growth: Partner with Product and CS to improve activation, retention, and expansion through lifecycle and in-product messaging.
Measure what matters: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and turn performance insights into clear recommendations and next steps.
Connect the org: Align Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS around a consistent story and coordinated execution.
Own win/loss + field feedback: Identify why we win or lose and use those insights to refine messaging, plays, and roadmap inputs.
