Technical Project Manager, Carrier Integrations
Own end-to-end technical programs integrating mobile network operators, translating carrier documentation into execution plans and coordinating Engineering, Product, Operations, and external partners through launch. Requires 5+ years in technical program/project management or related technical delivery work and hands-on API integration experience.

Responsibilities
- Orchestrate carrier integration programs using timelines, status trackers, risk and decision logs, and launch-readiness checklists.
- Coordinate internal teams, carriers, and third-party vendors against shared delivery plans.
- Own integration delivery from kickoff and signed contract through build, launch, and live traffic.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across Product, Engineering, and Connectivity Operations, and drive blockers to resolution.
- Partner with Engineering on API contracts, eSIM and interconnect flows, network configuration, architecture discussions, and technical tradeoffs.
- Translate carrier technical specifications and API documentation into sequenced execution plans.
- Run technical alignment through agendas, decision logs, and follow-through.
- Build the tools, templates, processes, and playbook for carrier integrations as the function scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, technical delivery, or solutions/partner engineering at a technology company.
- Hands-on experience running API-based integrations.
- Ability to read API documentation and technical specifications and hold substantive technical discussions with engineers about architecture and tradeoffs.
- Experience owning ambiguous, multi-stakeholder builds end-to-end, including external partners, from kickoff through launch.
- Strong structured communication skills and ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, and external carrier or vendor stakeholders, including leadership.
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and driving them to resolution.
- Ability and enthusiasm to build processes and operating practices from scratch.
