Data Analyst partnering with Customer Success to analyze customer data from senior living communities, create dashboards and visualizations, present actionable insights in QBRs, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering. Requires 4+ years experience, advanced SQL, Python, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data to identify how communities can better support their caregivers and streamline workflows.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help Customer Success demonstrate value to clients.
  • Partner with Customer Success on Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), customer meetings, and strategic initiatives.
  • Present findings to customers and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Build scalable data processes and provide strategic feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Understand senior living operations and caregiver workflow patterns to identify pain points and opportunities that empower care teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of data analyst experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills (window functions, CTEs, query optimization).
  • Experience with Python for data analysis.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of statistics for practical business applications.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with concrete examples of helping customers meet their goals.
  • Experience presenting to external stakeholders and working directly with customers.
  • Understanding of data structures, privacy, and responsible data stewardship.
  • Excellent communication skills - you can make complex data accessible to anyone.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Healthcare data experience (EHR systems, medical terminology).
