Responsibilities
- Define and lead Rippling’s AI growth strategy across the customer and user lifecycle, including activation, engagement, retention, expansion, and monetization.
- Build the foundation for tracking, understanding, and improving AI usage across the platform.
- Identify high-impact AI growth opportunities using customer insight, product intuition, experimentation, and usage data.
- Design and launch growth initiatives, including campaigns, in-product experiences, widgets, onboarding flows, and self-serve motions, to drive AI adoption.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to scale AI growth motions across teams and product surfaces.
- Translate ambiguous executive and business priorities into a clear roadmap, defensible strategy, and measurable outcomes.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, moving quickly from insight to experiment to scaled product experience.
- Help shape the Growth team’s approach to AI by establishing operating rhythms, success metrics, and scalable best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management or product-led growth experience, including experience at Principal, Lead, or equivalent senior levels.
- Track record of driving growth across lifecycle motions such as activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, expansion, monetization, or self-serve adoption.
- Strong fluency in experimentation, analytics, and data-informed decision-making.
- Working knowledge of AI products, AI usage patterns, reasoning models, agents, and AI-driven growth loops.
- Exceptional product taste and customer intuition, including experience designing for everyday business users.
- Ability to operate across strategy and execution, setting direction with senior leaders while shipping campaigns, product experiences, and experiments.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience influencing Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments requiring speed, ownership, and scrappiness.
- Product-led growth experience in B2B SaaS, self-serve, prosumer, or hybrid B2B/B2C environments.
