Sales Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement
  • Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to help team members identify, qualify, and break into enterprise-level accounts
  • Roll up your sleeves and co-sell with your team on complex deals, providing strategic guidance and active participation in customer meetings when necessary
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline reviews to ensure team success
  • Identify individual and team training needs and collaborate with enablement teams to develop and deliver relevant programs
  • Act as a leader who consistently seeks out opportunities to improve processes and outcomes

What you bring to the role

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, spanning mid-market and enterprise
  • 2+ years managing sales teams with a track record of building high-performance cultures
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong coaching, analytical, and communication skills
  • Salesforce proficiency; ability to travel as needed
