About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation of sales enablement content: pitch decks, datasheets, FAQs, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
  • Partner closely with Product to understand new features and releases, and translate them into clear, compelling content tied to the evolving deepfake and AI-fraud threat landscape.
  • Write and maintain product positioning and messaging for security leaders, fraud teams, and government stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling case studies, use cases, and customer stories.
  • Work with sales and product teams to gather field feedback and continuously sharpen enablement materials.
  • Partner with demand generation and content teams on campaigns that reinforce core product positioning.
  • Conduct light market and competitive research to keep messaging sharp and current.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, sales enablement, or product marketing - ideally in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or another technical space.
  • An excellent writer first and foremost, with a track record of turning technical, fast-changing product features into clear, persuasive content.
  • Comfortable digging into technical detail and translating it for a range of audiences, from security engineers to executive buyers.
  • Highly collaborative - you will work with product, sales, and customer success on a daily basis.
