Responsibilities
- Lead execution for the Travel Experience organization and own critical booking workflows across flights, hotels, and cars.
- Define strategy for user-facing travel experiences, including backend booking orchestration and AI-driven autonomous booking agents.
- Scale the Travel platform for European and other international markets.
- Collaborate with Product to integrate Travel into the broader spend ecosystem.
- Lead and develop a foundational engineering team across multiple geographic locations.
- Drive technical architecture, roadmap execution, product revenue impact, and system reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing backend or full-stack engineering teams.
- Background in high-scale distributed systems or financial applications.
- Strong technical judgment and willingness to engage deeply with architecture and implementation when needed.
- Experience driving high-level technical roadmaps.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with complex third-party integrations.
- Experience with corporate policy engines.
- Experience with high-throughput travel orchestration systems.

Compensation
- Salary range: $207,000–$345,000, plus benefits and equity.
