About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own Tulip's canonical platform and solution narrative across verticals, including positioning, messaging, and proof points.
  • Translate evolving platform capabilities, especially AI and composable operations, into positioning grounded in operational outcomes such as efficiency, quality, compliance, and speed.
  • Run product launches as ongoing narrative moments that connect new capabilities to Tulip's broader market story.
  • Build sales enablement that reps use before calls, and maintain feedback loops from the field into messaging and product.
  • Stay close to customers and turn their product usage into use cases, customer stories, and video evidence.
  • Use market, competitive, and customer signals to develop a point of view on where Tulip wins and inform product and go-to-market decisions.
  • Incorporate AI into research, drafting, synthesis, and broader narrative workflows.
  • Define success through go-to-market adoption, field messaging quality, and impact on win rates.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of product marketing experience shaping how a technical product is positioned, sold, and understood.
  • Demonstrated ownership of positioning, launches, or enablement with measurable impact on adoption, win rates, or field selling.
  • Ability to translate complex AI and composable platforms into outcome-focused positioning for operational buyers.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency and a clear perspective on appropriate uses and limitations of AI-generated content.
  • Strong editorial judgment and ability to maintain a clear point of view while aligning Product, Sales, and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to become credible quickly in complex or unfamiliar operational industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial software, life sciences, aerospace, or defense.
