About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own partner launch readiness end-to-end for every model, feature, and solution launch across the partner ecosystem, from briefing through launch-day go-live and reach reporting.
  • Define the operating model and readiness standards for partner launches, including information-sharing decisions and timeline trade-offs.
  • Equip partner sellers and solution architects with segment-specific enablement, technical content, and sales materials.
  • Translate product marketing positioning into partner-specific messaging for each platform and audience.
  • Own go-to-market motions for joint and co-built solutions across partner channels.
  • Work with Partnerships, Product, and partner-side teams to shape solutions into launchable moments.
  • Manage cross-functional review cycles, partner preparedness, and post-launch reporting.
  • Build post-launch momentum through partner webinars, technical content pipelines, and campaigns.
  • Represent partner perspectives internally and surface partner considerations in product decisions.
  • Create documented, repeatable processes and build a scalable launch function.

Requirements

  • Partner marketing or product marketing experience for or on cloud AI/ML platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or comparable platforms.
  • Understanding of cloud partner organizations, seller incentives, co-sell, and marketplace mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience writing and refining positioning for technical audiences.
  • Experience setting program direction and creating operating models or playbooks.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional work without direct authority in fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to handle confidential information rigorously.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Partner enablement experience for sellers or solution architects.
  • Experience at AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft in partner marketing for AI/ML services.
  • Experience taking joint or co-built solutions to market, including reference architectures, industry solutions, or marketplace offerings.
  • Experience positioning both products and customer solutions.
  • Experience building a launch function or process from scratch.
  • Competitive intelligence or competitive messaging experience.
  • Experience marketing to developers or other technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplace listings and enterprise procurement.

Compensation and benefits

  • Annual compensation: $255,000–$320,000 USD.
  • Hybrid work policy: staff are expected to work from the San Francisco or Seattle office at least 2 days per week, with a broader expectation of being in an office at least 25% of the time.
