About the role
Responsibilities
Own go-to-market for new card-related product and feature launches, from positioning through rollout.
Build and maintain revenue enablement for Business Development and post-sales Platform teams, including pitch decks, case studies, sell sheets, and internal training.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to translate card program mechanics—including interchange, network rules, program economics, and agentic use cases—into actionable materials.
Track issuers and networks entering the stablecoin card space in key global markets and provide an internal point of view on Rain’s competitive advantage.
Build and run training for Business Development and post-sales Platform teams on card issuing fundamentals.
Represent the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering to help shape roadmap priorities.
Requirements
3–7+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement at a card network, issuer, processor, or program manager.
Deep knowledge of card issuing economics, including interchange, network fees, program management, and compliance.
Track record of selling or marketing card programs to enterprise-level companies.
Genuine interest in agentic payments and how scoped cards may become a primary way for agents to transact.
Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal in a fast-moving environment.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to make technical and regulatory complexity clear.
