Product Manager, Growth - Lifecycle
Own Cantina’s lifecycle product strategy across email, push, and in-product messaging, using analytics and experimentation to improve activation, retention, resurrection, and monetization. Responsibilities
- Own Cantina’s lifecycle strategy and roadmap across onboarding, activation, continuation, retention, resurrection, and monetization.
- Design, launch, iterate, and optimize journeys across email, push, and in-product messaging, including deep-linked landing and post-click experiences.
- Improve message inventory, relevance, personalization, prioritization, and per-user frequency.
- Analyze product analytics, cohorts, funnels, qualitative signals, support themes, and user research to identify user drop-off points.
- Design and run A/B tests, holdouts, and incrementality analyses focused on retained activity and incremental value.
- Partner with Data on instrumentation, audience definitions, dashboards, and experiment readouts.
- Partner with Engineering on triggers, personalization payloads, deep links, and in-product surfaces.
- Define lifecycle operating processes, templates, approvals, QA, and quality standards.
- Set and communicate multi-quarter strategy and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product management, growth, lifecycle/CRM, or retention.
- Experience owning lifecycle or engagement programs that improved activation, retention, resurrection, or conversion metrics.
- Strong quantitative fluency, including SQL, funnels, cohorts, and retention analysis.
- Experience with BI or analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, or Looker.
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle/CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.
- Knowledge of segmentation, triggered campaigns, personalization, and deliverability.
- Understanding of holdouts, incrementality, sample sizing, and value versus delivery metrics.
- Technical fluency across event and identity models, APIs, deep linking, and push/email infrastructure.
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional influence.
- Strong messaging and journey-design judgment.

- Experience with localization or multi-market lifecycle programs.
- Experience building lifecycle tooling or self-service platforms with Engineering.
- Consumer mobile product experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: $150,000–$180,000.
