Responsibilities
- Build and own software features end-to-end across the stack for an AI-driven platform.
- Write production code and deliver critical platform components from scratch.
- Set and uphold coding standards, architectural patterns, and review processes.
- Mentor engineers and promote practical, reliable, test-driven development.
- Contribute to monitoring, scaling, and hardening platform architecture and supporting systems.
- Partner with product, security, and go-to-market teams to translate the roadmap into production features.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production software across frontend and backend.
- Track record of shipping features end-to-end.
- Comfort integrating AI capabilities such as large language models, retrieval, or agents into products.
- Strong understanding of modern web application development practices and patterns.

Compensation
- Base salary: $175,000–$225,000.
