Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leadership to define departmental goals, track OKRs and KPIs, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Run engineering leadership meetings, set agendas, track follow-ups, and streamline communication between product, engineering, and other business units.
- Oversee high-priority, cross-functional technical initiatives, remove blockers, and bridge gaps between teams.
- Act as a trusted proxy and communications conduit for the SVP of Engineering.
- Draft internal updates, memos, and board decks.
- Engage with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic planning, process improvements, and company growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical operations, management consulting, or software engineering management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical details for executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including empathy and tact.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and process improvements.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to quickly understand and assess requirements and solve problems across business domains.
