Responsibilities
- Own Parallel’s contracts management system end to end, including administration of Ironclad.
- Build and maintain contract workflows, route approvals and signatures, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a reliable repository and reporting system.
- Negotiate smaller commercial matters, including NDAs and order forms, within established playbooks.
- Triage matters outside the playbook and provide counsel with clear recommendations.
- Use AI tooling for first-pass contract markup and playbook checks.
- Help streamline workflows across legal, sales, and procurement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in contracts, legal operations, or commercial legal support at a technology or SaaS company.
- Hands-on Ironclad administration experience, including building workflows from scratch and debugging existing workflows.
- Independent contract negotiation experience and sound judgment about negotiation priorities.
- Technology fluency and experience using AI tooling in contract review or legal operations.
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication.
Nice-to-haves
- Juris Doctor degree or paralegal certification.
- Experience building agentic workflows to streamline legal, sales, and procurement processes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $135,000–$200,000 annually.
