Responsibilities
- QA new features against real-world LiDAR and mobile mapping datasets
- Identify extraction errors, edge cases, and workflow friction before they reach customers
- Provide structured, specific feedback to engineering and product teams
- Create screen recordings and narrated walkthroughs for tutorials, marketing, and demos
- Build repeatable QA checklists and testing workflows
- Act as the in-house authority on how surveyors and engineers actually work
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with surveying, drafting, or CAD (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar)
- Expert knowledge of feature extraction, geometry, and infrastructure workflows
- Sharp eye for detail -- you notice when a curb line is off or a classification is wrong
- Comfort explaining technical workflows
- Able to work onsite in San Francisco
