Product Designer
Lead end-to-end product design for an early-stage AI document platform, owning UX, brand, design systems, and new workflows. Work directly with CEO and engineers in a high-agency, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead design end-to-end for Reducto, owning everything from defining a world-class brand to shipping beautiful experiences that users love
- Develop brand new products and user workflows
- Build and own our design system, brand, and how we present ourselves to the world
- Obsess over the small details, driving a culture that highly values design
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience shipping complex products, ideally for engineers, researchers, or ops-heavy teams
- High bar for quality and attention to detail; willing to ship fast with high agency
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where none exists
- Strong ownership mindset — actively jumps in to fix problems rather than just voicing them
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience founding a company or building products at early stages
- Ambitious and driven, with a focus on doing great work with great people
- Keep up with the latest developments in ML/AI
