Responsibilities
- Run BIM production for assigned sites: model management, clash detection, and drawing extraction.
- Maintain the federated model: consultant uploads verified, versions controlled, issues tracked.
- Run weekly clash cycles: detect, assign, verify resolved, report.
- Produce field deliverables from the model: coordinated drawings, prefab packages, and as-built updates.
Requirements
- Experience with BIM coordination on large MEP-heavy projects.
- Production-fast in Revit and Navisworks.
- Manage model versions and uploads with discipline.
- Clash reports that drive resolution instead of just counting problems.
