Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics services delivery, overseeing execution of core offerings and AI-enabled solutions across strategic accounts.
- Serve as senior pre-sales partner, advising Sales and Account Management on scoping, proposals, and consultative conversations.
- Own managed services delivery model, establishing engagement frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs to drive adoption and retention.
- Guide Account Management and Customer Success on account strategy to achieve business outcomes.
- Champion AI tools and automation integration to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform new offerings as voice of the customer.
- Build, staff, and develop high-performing analytics services team.
Requirements
- Experience leading managed/professional services in healthcare/life sciences, spanning delivery and pre-sales.
- Hands-on business analytics experience in biopharma (Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Real-World Evidence; HCP, provider, payer, patient data).
- Strong consultative skills, presenting to executives.
- Proven ability to drive customer usage, satisfaction, retention via strategic planning and delivery.
- Experience with process improvements, automation, GenAI integration.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, coaching skills.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and initiatives under pressure.
AI Expectations
- Strategic AI application with judgment/creativity.
- Curiosity/initiative in exploring AI tools/workflows.
- Reflexive AI integration for productivity (e.g., Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude).
Compensation
Base pay: $212,500–$265,000 USD (All US locations); $244,000–$265,000 USD (SF Bay Area/NYC). Eligible for bonuses, equity, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO.
