Mechanical Engineer New Grad
Develop mechanical and electromechanical products from concept through high-volume production, including CAD, prototyping, testing, and analysis. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, hands-on design experience, and familiarity with manufacturing and quality methods.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test complex electromechanical systems incorporating plastic, metal, and soft-goods components, novel sensors, and actuators.
- Drive designs through the full development lifecycle, from brainstorming and CAD through prototyping, testing, and ramp to high-volume production in Asia.
- Collaborate with electrical engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, and product teams to develop products from early concepts to mass production.
- Perform thermal, fluid, and structural analyses to ensure designs meet product goals.
Requirements
- Experience with concept development, feasibility studies, and hands-on prototyping.
- Proficiency with 3D modeling tools such as SolidWorks, NX, or Creo.
- Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing, design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), tolerance analysis, functional dimensioning, and GD&T.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis, design of experiments (DOE), and quality measurement techniques.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; master's degree preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Asia as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $100,000–$130,000.
