Responsibilities

  • Deploy antennas, power systems, racks, and infrastructure at sites worldwide; travel to sites and lead deployments.
  • Lead design, production, and testing of new electrical and mechanical ground support equipment.
  • Design site architecture, hardware, and processes while optimizing deployment speed and cost.
  • Oversee live operations, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues to keep stations operating effectively.
  • Coordinate deployments with domestic and international partners, contractors, and network providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Relevant work experience, internships, or clubs/competitions.
  • Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and diverse teams.
  • Experience executing large projects on tight timelines.
  • Hands-on field experience and proficiency with basic tools.
  • Proficiency in CAD for mechanical modeling and drawing creation.
  • Clear communication, deadline tracking, and complex schedule management.
  • Willingness to travel to domestic and international ground station sites.
