Responsibilities
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles end to end.
- Perform variance analysis of actuals versus budget and forecast, explaining financial drivers to leadership.
- Build and maintain financial models for capital allocation, long-range planning, ROI analysis, market expansions, and product launches.
- Advise business units by translating departmental performance into enterprise-level impact.
- Help stakeholders manage operating expenses and headcount while supporting profitability goals.
- Prepare board-ready reporting packages and internal management dashboards.
- Perform data integrity checks to maintain a reliable financial source of truth.
- Audit and improve financial workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities, reduce month-end reporting timelines, and document standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking, preferably in a high-growth technology, AI, or infrastructure-focused environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, nested logic, and macros.
- Experience with ERP or EPM systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced financial analysis.
- Ability to analyze unit economics and synthesize complex datasets into clear margin profiles.
- Experience using generative AI and advanced data tools to accelerate financial modeling, synthesize market research, and automate reporting.
- Ability to deliver forward-looking guidance and explain the narrative behind financial results.
- Excellent executive communication and data visualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables under tight deadlines and work effectively in ambiguous environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field.
- MBA or CFA-track experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $95,000–$120,000 USD.
