Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst will lead forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and executive reporting while advising business units on OpEx, headcount, and profitability. The role requires at least three years of finance experience, advanced Excel and ERP/EPM skills, and strong data-driven communication.

Responsibilities
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles end to end.
- Perform variance analysis of actuals versus budget and forecast, explaining the drivers behind results.
- Build and maintain financial models for capital allocation, long-range planning, ROI analysis, market expansions, and product launches.
- Advise business units on financial performance, OpEx, and headcount management.
- Prepare board-ready reporting packages and internal management dashboards.
- Perform data integrity checks and maintain finance data as a single source of truth.
- Audit and refine financial workflows, automate manual processes, shorten month-end reporting cycles, and document SOPs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking, preferably in a high-growth technology, AI, or infrastructure-heavy environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, nested logic, and macros.
- Experience with ERP/EPM systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced financial analysis.
- Ability to analyze unit economics and synthesize large, multifaceted datasets into clear margin profiles.
- Experience using generative AI and advanced data tools to accelerate financial modeling, market research, and reporting automation.
- Ability to deliver forward-looking guidance and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent executive communication, data visualization, accuracy, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- MBA or CFA progress.
Compensation and Benefits
- Four days per week in the office under an office-first model.
- Anticipated base salary: $95,000.00 USD to $120,000.00 USD annually.
