About the role

What You'll Do

  • Creative and personalized outbound prospecting within target accounts
  • Leverage tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and connect with potential customers
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics
  • Research potential pain points, decision-making structures, and business challenges of target prospects
  • Lead prioritization
  • High volume prospecting and lead qualification through outbound phone calls, emails, and other channels
  • Close alignment with Account Executives on pipeline organization, prospecting, and nurture strategies
  • Participate in regular team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals

Compensation

Base salary range is $40,656 - $55,000 per year + equity + benefits. Salary determined by relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
