What You'll Do
- Creative and personalized outbound prospecting within target accounts
- Leverage tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and connect with potential customers
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics
- Research potential pain points, decision-making structures, and business challenges of target prospects
- Lead prioritization
- High volume prospecting and lead qualification through outbound phone calls, emails, and other channels
- Close alignment with Account Executives on pipeline organization, prospecting, and nurture strategies
- Participate in regular team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals

Compensation
Base salary range is $40,656 - $55,000 per year + equity + benefits. Salary determined by relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
