Owns end-to-end creative operations and production for Link’s consumer brand, coordinating roadmaps, budgets, resourcing, design systems, agencies, and cross-functional execution. Responsibilities
- Lead all Link brand program management, including roadmap development, budget oversight, project scoping, timelines, and resourcing.
- Manage simultaneous projects across creative strategy, web, digital, social, brand systems, integrated campaigns, and email.
- Scale and evolve Link brand design systems with the Link Creative Director; refine processes to reduce friction.
- Partner with cross-functional design teams to ensure smooth execution, alignment, and integration of design systems.
- Drive clarity and alignment with leadership, creatives, cross-functional partners, and external agencies.
- Own project management through documentation, tooling, trackers, standing meetings, organization-wide updates, and Slack.
- Source, onboard, and oversee external creative agencies.
- Connect silos, communicate changes, anticipate risks, and provide actionable escalation solutions.
- Resolve challenges and blockers proactively.
- Advocate for design quality with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Collaborate with creatives on best practices and processes to sustain a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in similar roles and industries.
- User-first approach with an ability to understand needs and optimize engagement.
- Strong strategic acumen for developing complex program roadmaps and cross-functional processes in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage budgets, resourcing, and program rhythm while maintaining strategic direction.
- Strong design sense and production experience across brand systems, web and digital surfaces, motion and animation, email templates, reusable assets, and integrated campaigns.
- Active use of AI tooling for scheduling, workflow management, asset scaling, and operational efficiency; experience building or implementing adoptable AI systems.
- Experience in an in-house brand environment, including shared cross-functional resources and direct accountability to a creative leader.
- Proven excellence producing creative systems optimized for scale and growth.
- Highly detail-oriented with an ability to simplify complexity.
- Strong record of influencing outcomes internally and with agency partners.
- Ability to balance speed and quality while maintaining high-craft creative work.
- Persuasive communication of work, processes, and decisions.
- Excellent organization, presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
