About the role
Responsibilities
Analyze core metrics (pipeline health, bookings, retention/churn, product usage, ARR trends) to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. Perform cohort, segmentation, and funnel analysis.
Own creation and maintenance of executive-level dashboards (Salesforce, Looker/Tableau). Produce weekly business reviews, monthly KPI reports, and C-level/Board materials.
Support bookings forecast, ensure CRM data integrity, maintain predictive models for capacity planning, rep productivity, territory performance, quota-setting.
Partner with Sales Management, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, Product Ops to unify data sources/workflows (Salesforce, Pendo, Gainsight, Marketo, Snowflake). Ensure consistent data definitions and reporting standards.
Provide data-driven insights for annual/quarterly GTM initiatives, quota-setting, territory modeling, headcount planning.
Support Voleon's fixed income operations by managing trade settlements, corporate actions, reconciliations, and process automation. Requires 5-10 years finance/ops experience, advanced Excel skills, and collaboration with trading, research, and accounting teams.
