About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run structured discovery with ICs through VP and C-level stakeholders across RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Translate business goals into scopes, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Design end-to-end Clay workflows and architectures integrated with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and data tools.
  • Build complex Clay workflows involving lists, enrichment, automations, AI prompts, audiences, and reporting.
  • Document workflows for customer and internal-team maintenance after handoff.
  • Own implementations from kickoff through go-live, including project plans, timelines, communication cadences, and risk management.
  • Align enterprise stakeholders, remove blockers, and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Lead working sessions and trainings, handle objections, and keep engagements focused on outcomes.
  • Identify follow-on opportunities and partner with Customer Experience and EGS teams where relevant.
  • Contribute to services playbooks, templates, and best practices.
  • Map customer business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend operational improvements using Clay.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in an enterprise customer-facing, implementation, or consulting role, such as professional services, solutions consulting, technical customer success, or technical account management.
  • Hands-on experience with go-to-market tools, including Salesforce or HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach or Salesloft, data enrichment, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to run multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end for mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment from hands-on administrators through the C-suite.
  • Ability to work strategically while also building workflows directly.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
  • Ability to use AI tools to increase capacity, speed, and customer outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Prior Clay experience.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration or AI tools.
  • RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops background.
  • Consulting or agency experience.
  • Exposure to AI tools or prompt design.
