HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner will support Cohere’s Modelling organization across Research and Engineering, advising leaders on organizational design, manager development, performance, talent, and employee experience. The role requires several years of HRBP or People Partner experience in fast-paced, technical, high-growth, and globally distributed organizations.

- Partner with the Modelling organization across Research and Engineering.

Requirements
- Several years of HRBP or People Partner experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Research, or other highly technical organizations.
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth company.
- Experience supporting globally distributed organizations.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in asynchronous environments.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing ownership over time.
