About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own partner marketing as the first dedicated hire.
  • Build and run co-marketing programs across partner ecosystem and direct customers, including joint content, launches, events, and customer stories.
  • Turn partnerships and integrations into real demand generation.
  • Decide which moments warrant marketing investment.
  • Negotiate co-branding and messaging with partner marketing teams.
  • Ensure programs reach key audiences: AI engineers to enterprise technical leaders.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales on deal-moving narratives, DevRel on demos and cookbooks, and partnerships on integration launches.

Requirements

  • Experience running partner or co-marketing programs at a developer-tool, API, or infrastructure company.
  • Knowledge of how technical audiences respond to joint announcements.
  • Experience working with partner marketing teams on co-branding and messaging.
  • Proven ability to turn integrations or customer wins into market-relevant launch moments.
  • Measure success by demand created.
  • Comfortable as the first person in a function, building the playbook from scratch.
