What you'll do
Build pipelines for GTM roles through direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals
Run the full process: screening, scheduling, offers, and closing
Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role
Track the GTM talent landscape to understand where strong people are, how the market is moving, what candidates care about
Write job descriptions and shape the candidate experience so the outside world understands who we are
Who we're looking for
4+ years recruiting GTM talent — sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, or revenue operations
Know what a strong quota-carrying rep looks like, and know how to close one
Organized, fast, and don't let things fall through the cracks
Strong candidates may have experience with
Full-cycle recruiting for sales and revenue roles at high-growth tech or AI companies
Contract Sourcer responsible for strategic passive talent sourcing and screening to build pipelines for critical GTM, Sales, and other technical/non-technical roles across North America and Europe.
