Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and optimize complex computer systems supporting an enterprise healthcare platform.
- Evaluate system requirements, data flows, and operational processes to improve scalability, reliability, and workflow automation.
- Develop system architectures, technical specifications, and performance models for patient communications, scheduling, insurance verification, and enterprise operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to implement, test, and validate system solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in the offered role or a computer-systems-related occupation.
- Experience with computer systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical specification development.
- Experience designing distributed, cloud-based, and multi-tenant software architectures.
- Experience with database design, data modeling, and SQL-based data analysis.
- Experience with business process modeling, workflow automation, and system integration design.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure services, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with system performance evaluation, capacity planning, and reliability analysis for enterprise software applications.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $170,000–$185,000 annually.
