Software Engineer, Provider Growth
Build and scale provider-growth systems spanning onboarding, activation, automation, AI agents, and experimentation. The role requires strong programming fundamentals, experience with APIs and data pipelines, and strong product judgment in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities
- Own core parts of the provider experience end to end, from onboarding and activation through everyday practice workflows.
- Set technical direction for Provider Growth, including architecture and platform decisions that support rapid experimentation.
- Build AI agents and automation for provider-network expansion, including lead qualification, data enrichment, outreach, and follow-up across channels.
- Design and ship tools that help Growth and Operations teams replace manual work with scalable systems.
- Run experiments across onboarding, activation, referral, and other growth surfaces to improve conversion, adoption, and sustained usage.
- Define metrics and instrumentation for understanding the provider funnel and prioritizing high-leverage opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Growth to identify friction, ship quickly, and measure provider behavior.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills and general computer science knowledge.
- Engineering experience at fast-growing, product-driven companies.
- Experience working across APIs, data pipelines, and automation.
- Strong product judgment and ability to balance speed, reliability, technical quality, and user impact.
- Track record of moving quickly and delivering against ambitious goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $170,000-$300,000, plus meaningful equity.
