People Operations Generalist
Builds and scales HR function from scratch, owning full employee lifecycle, HR systems, compliance, payroll, benefits, and engagement initiatives. Requires 4+ years in People Ops/HR with strong systems thinking in a fast-paced startup.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and all employee changes, with a strong focus on a seamless experience.
- Design and maintain HR systems, policies, and documentation, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Create and operationalize performance review processes and partner with managers on feedback, development, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor coordination.
- Own and optimize our HRIS and identify opportunities to streamline workflows using modern tooling and AI.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and act as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on all people-related matters.
