About the role
What You’ll Do
Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and all employee changes, with a strong focus on a seamless experience.
Design and maintain HR systems, policies, and documentation, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Create and operationalize performance review processes and partner with managers on feedback, development, and retention.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor coordination.
Own and optimize our HRIS and identify opportunities to streamline workflows using modern tooling and AI.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and act as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on all people-related matters.
