What You'll Do
- Own large cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering organizations, product, and business functions.
- Surface systemic risks, cross-team dependencies, and organizational friction before escalation.
- Build SVP-level visibility using tracked KPIs for high-priority initiatives.
- Bridge functional gaps using technical credibility, trusted relationships, and product-domain expertise.
- Engineer AI-powered program lifecycles, including risk synthesis, dependency tracking, stakeholder mapping, and program templates.
- Automate repeatable program workflows to reduce manual coordination.
- Lead deep technical, large cross-functional, product delivery, and operational programs.
- Drive alignment and completion of technically complex, consequential initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience at a high-growth technology company.
- Experience driving large, ambiguous, cross-functional programs to completion with minimal direction.
- Hands-on technical experience with observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML systems.
- Ability to discuss architecture and system design and collaborate credibly with staff engineers and senior individual contributors.
- Experience building model training pipelines, ML infrastructure, or GPU compute is relevant.
- Track record of earning trust with senior engineering and product leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including VP+ level narrative ownership.
- Active use of AI tools and demonstrated ability to increase personal leverage with them.
- Experience building tools, templates, or automated workflows used by others.
Nice-to-Haves
- Identified a systemic problem and built an operating system to solve it.
- Automated a previously manual program lifecycle or workflow.
- Experience with technical architecture in observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML environments.
