Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager - Robot Platform
Lead strategic planning and execution of technical milestones for robot vehicle platforms, coordinating HW/SW integration across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams. Requires 7+ years in program management for complex product launches and strong cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with department managers to translate corporate strategy into detailed technical roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
- Influence key decisions working cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, product, operations, and strategy
- Establish standard reports to provide concise communications on program status, issues/risks, and accomplishments
- Define and develop new KPIs and methods to measure performance toward goals
- Ensure program goals align with business objectives and sustain momentum among cross-functional teams
- Maintain strong technical understanding of vehicle platforms, software lifecycle, safety clearance process, and test operations
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting with a focus on product launches
- Success in driving complex SW/HW integration processes and leading complex cross-functional programs end to end
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity
- Proficient in tools such as Gantt charts, risk matrices, Smartsheet, Jira
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills; ability to create visualizations of KPIs and program risks
Bonus Qualifications
- Project Manager Professional certification (PMP) or equivalent
- Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, test platforms, simulation, and automotive or aerospace processes
- Experience developing and scaling strategy, processes, plans, procedures, reporting, and handling escalation
